The Grand Strand Intergroup represents the Grand Strand of South Carolina, including but not limited to: Little River, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Conway, Surfside, Litchfield, Longs, Pawleys Island, Georgetown, and many other delightful hideaways in Horry County and Georgetown County. Our membership also draws from the southern coastal towns in North Carolina, including Calabash, NC, and others.
